@akaash - then there would be floods in deserts too...just kidding...even i wished that it wld snow in mumbai...i have never been to a snow clad region...
but humans have made it hell and the weather conditions are not good either...I was working with this production house which at sometime back was headed by Kabir khan who directed Kabul Express...He told us a lot abt all such places...

I have been to Kashmir valley , almost whole of sikkim , almost whole of himachal !
